Will I receive updates?
Yes! We provide visit updates and photos so you can
have peace of mind while you're away.
These updates include feedings, potty breaks,
medicine administration, walks and more.

Can you care for multiple pets during one visit?
Absolutely. Many of our clients have multiple pets. Additional fees may apply depending on the number of pets and level of care required.

Do you administer medications?
Yes, we can administer most oral medications and
follow specific care instructions.

Can I book recurring weekly services?
Yes! Many clients schedule recurring walks, pop-ins, or outings.
We offer customized weekly care plans that allow you
to mix and match services while receiving
preferred pricing and priority scheduling.

What is included in an outing?
Outings provide extra enrichment beyond
a standard walk and may include visits to
pet-friendly parks, trails, pup cups, or other approved adventures
based on your pet's personality and comfort level.
If you have a specific request, we can most likely accommodate! 

Do you offer meet-and-greets?
Yes! We believe it's important for both pets and owners to feel comfortable before services begin. We'll schedule a consultation to learn about your pet's routine, personality, and care needs. The meet-and-greet requires a $25 fee.

What if I need to cancel?
We understand that plans change. Please contact us as soon as
possible regarding schedule changes or cancellations.
Cancellation policies will be provided during booking.
